My name is Bethan Stokes and I am the Assistant Headteacher at Crownbridge School.
I have dedicated my career to supporting the wellbeing and success of pupils. My journey started 14 years ago as a teaching assistant where I spent four years building the foundational skills that shaped my approach to education. Over the past decade, I have worked as a teacher and embraced leadership roles first as a middle leader and most recently as an assistant headteacher with responsibility of Health and Wellbeing.
As lead of the Pont Department; Classes 5, 6, 7, 8. I am passionate about learners receiving a purposeful education through an excellent delivery of curriculum and implementation of consistent high-quality pedagogic teaching and learning through a person-centred provision, working closely with multi-agency teams to deliver a holistic approach to the pupils’ education. I am committed to building strong relationships with pupils, families, staff and stakeholders. I believe collaboration is key to fostering a supportive enabling environment for all to thrive and succeed with wellbeing at the core; enabling pupils to make progress shaping their successful future.
