Nursing Team
Pupils medical needs will largely be met by the School Nursing Team from the Community Children's Nursing Team. A medical care plan will be created for each pupil who need it. Visiting doctors call at Crownbridge School to carry out regular medical checks and clinics for most pupils, the school nurse is in attendance and appointments are arranged in advance with parents being notified and invited to attend.
The mobile dental van visits school regularly to ensure that pupils dental care can be maintained, providing parents give consent, necessary treatment can be provided.
