We are pleased to announce that Crownbridge school achieved the Language Charter bronze award yesterday. Congratulations! llongyfarchiadau!  


The External verifier enjoyed visiting school to see all the hard work undertaken by all pupils. She praised the school Lead Sally Villa Hayes and Criw Cymraeg group for their efforts in understanding the culture of Wales and efforts to speak the Welsh language in our everyday activities. She was very impressed with our displays and evidence that has been collected for this award.


Mrs Moore emphasised that implementing the Language Charter “has had an incredibly positive impact on our pupils and the school’s wider community. The children are prouder than ever of their heritage and want to share their language skills with everyone!”
